IIT Dharwad

Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad (IIT Dharwad) is an Institute of National Importance established in 2016 in Karnataka. The institute operates from its permanent campus at Chikkamalligawad, spread across approximately 470 acres, including natural forest areas. IIT Dharwad offers B.Tech, BS-MS, M.Tech, Executive M.Tech and Ph.D. programmes across engineering, sciences and interdisciplinary fields. Its academic and research ecosystem focuses on areas including cyber-physical systems, sustainable infrastructure, clean energy, green mobility, precision agriculture and advanced manufacturing.
