We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the service:

• Details you give us — your name, mobile number, email address, city/state, qualification, and your course or college interests, including information you submit in forms or the Career Pathfinder test.
• Account & verification — your mobile number and one-time passwords (OTP) used to sign you in.
• Referrals — if you refer a friend, the name, mobile number and email you enter for them, so we can contact them about admissions.
• Usage information — pages viewed and actions taken within the app, used to operate and improve the service.
• Device information — basic technical data such as device type and app version.

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and verify you via OTP.
• To suggest relevant colleges, courses, exams and scholarships (including personalized “best-fit” results).
• To connect you with admission counsellors when you request guidance or a callback.
• To operate the referral program and award Scholarship Credits.
• To communicate with you about your enquiries, applications and service updates.
• To maintain, analyze, secure and improve the service.

3. How we share information

• Partner colleges / institutions — when you express interest in a college or course, or request to be contacted about admissions, we share the details needed to process that interest.
• Service providers — vendors who help us operate the app (for example SMS/OTP delivery, hosting, communications), who may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Communications

We may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiries, admissions and service updates. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
