These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ApplyToCampus website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by FILL: company name(“ApplyToCampus”, “we”, “us”). The Service helps students discover colleges, courses, entrance exams and scholarships, and connect with admission guidance.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We verify accounts using your mobile number and OTP. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Users under 18 should use the Service with a parent or guardian.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information without permission.
• Misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Admission guidance & information

College data, fees, cutoffs, placements, rankings, exam details and suggestions are provided for general guidance and may change. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective colleges and institutions. ApplyToCampus does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or any particular outcome. Always verify details directly with the institution.

5. Contacting colleges & third parties

When you express interest in a college or request guidance, we may share your details with the relevant college/partner so they can contact you (see our Privacy Policy). Your dealings with any third-party college or provider are between you and them.

6. Referral & Scholarship Credits

• You may invite friends using your referral link/code. Referred friends’ details are captured as leads and contacted about admissions.
• Scholarship Credits are a promotional benefit, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed against the referrer’s own admission through ApplyToCampus, subject to eligibility and program rules.
• Credits are awarded only after a genuine, successful referral, and we may withhold or revoke credits for misuse, fraud or duplicate/invalid referrals.
• We may change or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyToCampus and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any admission outcome.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at FILL: city shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
