Entrance Exams:
- UPESEAT: For B.Tech programmes. 2-hour online test covering Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English. 125 questions total.

- UPESDAT: For B.Des and M.Des admissions. ULSAT: For LLB and LLM admissions.
- UPESPAT: For B.Pharm admissions.
Non-Exam Pathway: Candidates can also apply through JEE Main (minimum 50 percentile for regular B.Tech, 60 percentile for Mathematics and Computing), board merit (minimum 60% in Class X and XII with 60% in PCM), or SAT scores.
